Pricing Information and Estimates
Payment is accepted through PayPal Invoices in USD. I will need your (the Client’s) working email at the time of accepted commission to send the invoice. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the invoice’s receipt, or your commission will be canceled.
Payment will be discussed and requested at the time of commission confirmation and can be paid in up to two installments, or negotiated.
For sketches, payment is due up-front.
For all others, half of the payment is due up-front, much like a deposit, with the other half being due after the client has accepted the Sketch phase WIP ('work-in-progress')
Additional and complex characters = Base Commission price + 50% Commission fee
Prices are calculated on a $20/hr basis. If you have further questions on the calculation of prices, please shoot me a message!
Sketches
Fluid and loose line work with a monochrome color wash. Solid color and simple backgrounds are included free of charge. Simple flats on loose linework may be subject to add-on fee.
Portraits/Bust (Icon): $15 USD
Half-Body (Thigh-Up): $25 USD
Full Body: $30 USD
Add-Ons: +$3.5-$6 USD
Flats
Cleaned line work with cel-shaded/simple rendering. I have multiple styles, please let me know if you have a preference! Simple backgrounds are included free of charge, just ask!

Full Color
Painterly-styled full render with complex line work (i.e. cross hatch, painted/lineless, varying line weight) upon request. Simple backgrounds/environments are included free of charge, just ask!

I understand the content is long, but please stay with me! This ToS agreement ensures both client (you!) and artist (me!) are satisfied with the commission exchange. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions about the terms. They are not meant to be confusing or a "gotcha"!By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:-I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS> I will not accept commission requests from those under the age of 18.
> I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
> Use of the commissioned work for AI training, prompts, or other AI usage is strictly forbidden.
> Use of the work for NFTs is strictly forbidden.
> Redistributing, reselling, or usage of work in marketing/promotional materials may be discussed in advance with permission. This may incur additional fees to be assessed with the commission of the work. For further contracted work, please email me with specificities -- [email protected]-II. PAYMENT & FEES
> Payment is due within 48 hours of the initial request.
> Payment is due in full up-front for sketch commissions.
> Payment for flats and full-color are due in half upon initial request, and to be completed with the delivery of a satisfactory WIP sketch. “Satisfactory” entails a completed sketch WIP approved by the client to be continued to completion after up to 2 notes/tweaks/revisions are made to the client’s liking.
> Payment is accepted through PayPal Invoice ONLY, to be completed in USD. I will require the client's (your) working email in order to send an invoice.
> A rush fee of up to 20% will be charged for tight deadlines. This includes any period before the allotted two weeks as outlined within the ToS.
> Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).
>The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.-III. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
> I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept up to two (2) complete revisions at the sketch stage. This may include posing, costuming, scaling, interaction, or composition. For detailed revisions, I will request additional references.
> Excessive revisions, i.e., creating a different piece entirely after the allotted 2 revisions, will result in up to a 20% fee.
> I will show WIPs via email or DM throughout the process. WIPs are always available upon request!
> For security, WIPs and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.
> Deadlines must be agreed upon before the start of the commission. Expect up to two weeks minimum for a non-expedited commission.-IV. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
> Write clearly and concisely when contacting me via DM or email. Professionalism is appreciated, but not required. Mutual respect is expected during the exchange.
> Please respond in a timely fashion! I will let you know of any delays, please deliver the same.
> Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. For example, an animated character’s references are easily found when searching “[Name] Character Sheet”. Screenshots are appreciated.
> Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references. Failure to provide me with references results in my inability to complete your commission to your fullest satisfaction – we don’t want that!
> In the absence of feedback from the customer, any additional changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee, assessed at time of change.
> Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.-V. REVISIONS
> One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price. This may include posing, costuming, composition, etc. I would like you to be satisfied with your commission!
> A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in the coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price. "Minor Revisions" may be described as palette tweaks, scaling, etc.
> Excessive minor revisions, i.e., that slow the completion of the final commission, may incur additional fees to be discussed at time of revision.
> After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my fault (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.-VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
> I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
> I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
> I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
> Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
>The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
> You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
> For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.
>Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
>Print the work for personal use.
> Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
> Use the artwork as reference for a study.
> Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
> Claim the artwork as yours.
> Remove my watermark/signature.
> Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
> Color in my sketche, line art, or paint over unrendered artwork.
> Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
> Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.-VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSOnce the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
> You may cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the incomplete work.
> I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time – this includes but is not limited to disrespectful misconduct on behalf of the client, my inability to deliver promptly, etc.
> You may not file a chargeback against me after you have approved the artwork.-VIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process:> Images are always emailed as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested.
> As a digital artist, no physical material will be presented to the client at completion of the work. A digital file will be sent via email.
> I work from 5000 px x 5000 px to 5600px x 3400 px, unless otherwise requested
> You will recieve your final artwork, and at no additional cost (by request), an HD copy of the sketch phase of a painting or flat colored artwork.-Thank you!
